Edin Rodriguez Agency PLLC in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Producer / LSP . If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $55,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.
Are you an experienced Producer / LSP? Amazing!
Experienced applicants start with a $65,000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $15,000 in commission last year. You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this a great opportunity to transfer your skills and grow your career. Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License. Willing to train and licensing assistance avaiable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
