About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards and Ministry Enablement to provide executive leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise workforce planning and talent strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the organization's Christian values at the forefront, leading the HR business partner function, and establishing total rewards strategies that align with the mission. This role requires a leader who can advance the organization's goals, strengthen workforce effectiveness, and ensure the attraction, development, and retention of mission-aligned talent. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading change initiatives, building high-performing teams, and partnering with executive leadership to solve complex organizational challenges. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in various HR disciplines. The role demands a leader with a strong background in managing resources, team building, talent management, and technical expertise. Business acumen and a deep understanding of cross-functional and organizational dynamics are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale organizational initiatives and developing enterprise workforce strategies.
