Payroll Coordinator

Process day-to-day payroll using Ceridian Dayforce and/or Oracle systems while protecting confidential information Calculate, verify, reconcile, and transmit payroll for each assigned business unit Run audit reports and provide them to appropriate HR and/or Finance team members Maintain accurate company and employee payroll records Prepare, balance, and distribute payroll and benefit funding requests and related vendor payments Prepare and maintain journal entries and reports to support the monthly financial close Reconcile payroll-related accounts Understand various tax calculations and regulations Review tax agency notices and coordinate their resolution Support internal and external audits and special projects as required Assist with acquisition integrations, business changes, and system upgrades Requirements 4+ years of payroll experience with an enterprise HR/Payroll system Multi-state payroll experience Hands-on experience with year-end processing and W-2 reconciliation Ability to complete detailed work accurately and manage priorities and deadlines Ability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially Proficient experience using Excel and Outlook applications Ability to analyze information, communicate clearly, and collaborate with others Proficiency with the Ceridian Dayforce payroll system (preferred) Experience with Timekeeping and Workforce Management systems (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in payroll processing, including multi-state payroll, year-end processing, and W-2 reconciliation, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Proficient in using Ceridian Dayforce and Excel to maintain accurate payroll records and support financial reporting.
