What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving accountability and results.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve team performance.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and support their career development.
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the marketplace or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in building and leading successful sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and technologies that enhance performance.
- Experience in a startup environment, particularly in early-stage companies.
- A network of industry contacts that can be leveraged for business development.
