What You Will Do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving accountability and results.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve team performance.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and support their career development.
Ideal Candidate Background
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the marketplace or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in building and leading successful sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and technologies that enhance performance.
  • Experience in a startup environment, particularly in early-stage companies.
  • A network of industry contacts that can be leveraged for business development.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $150K to $250K, complemented by competitive equity options. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of innovation in the marketplace space.
