What You'll Do Generate new clients opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, referrals, and relationship building. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Quote and sell personal lines insurance products. Manage your sales pipeline and consistently work toward production goals. Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new clients. Build relationships that create long-term customer loyalty and agency growth. Represent Usery Insurance Agency with professionalism and a strong sales mindset. This Role Is Built for Producers This position is focused on selling and growing the agency. You will have the ability to focus your time and energy on: Finding new opportunities. Closing new clients. Increasing production. Growing your book through sales success. A dedicated service team handles customer service needs, allowing you to stay focused on what you do best: selling insurance. Requirements Active Property & Casualty insurance license required. Previous insurance sales experience preferred. Life license is a plus but not required. Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting goals. Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Candidates outside of Georgia are welcome to apply.
