Paid Media Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a high-impact service organization, the contract Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize paid influencer campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, working up to 40 hours per week with potential for full-time transition. Key responsibilities Launch and manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns, including campaign structure, targeting, and creative deployment Monitor and optimize campaign performance through audience targeting and budget allocation adjustments Oversee the whitelisting/allowlisting process, ensuring timely campaign launches and compliance with creator permissions Required qualifications Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads Managers, particularly in whitelisting and conversion-focused campaigns Agency background in paid media, preferably within influencer or creator marketing Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights for clients Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across various industries Familiarity with social commerce and pixel & CAPI setup is a bonus
