Location: Louisville, KY

Employment Type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $50,000.00 plus potential bonuses of $8,800.00

Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 paid after completion of 6 months

Liberty Food Service Inc. is a family owned unique business that operates cafeteria and vending services in packing plants. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, experienced Food Service Manager for our Louisville, KY location.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing preparation of quality food along with proper quantity available per company standards
Manage operational numbers such as, sales, food cost, and labor percent
Hiring and training cafeteria workers
Running daily / weekly computer reports
Taking accurate monthly inventories
Taking bank deposits
Preparing work schedules for employees

Qualifications:

3 years previous experience in food service management
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
Food safety certification
Valid USA driver's license required
Must be 18 years or older
