Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Louisiana Childrens Medical Center Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Louisiana Childrens Medical Center Health System.

Additional Details:

You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Stents, ablations, paracentesis, peripherals, upper and lower extremities, abd and pelvic, vascular studies, venous access, and hemodynamic monitoring. Philips single experience required. EKG setting and experience required: inpatient, outpatient, pacemakers, obtaining vitals.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 3 years preferred. Preferred modalities covered: invasive cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular. Siemens and bi-plane experience preferred. IR experience preferred. Rhythm interpretation preferred. IV start and coil embolization preferred. Teaching Hospital Experience Community Hospital Experience

Required Credentials: LSRT required. ARRT or RCIS accepted.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: 1 shift every 5 weeks. On-call 5-8 shifts depending on staffing. Holidays as required.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
