Key Responsibilities Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Welding Technology or a related field. AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months. 3+ years of experience in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, STICK) within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols. Strong understanding of metallurgy and material properties. Experience with welding inspection techniques and quality control procedures.
