IN-HOME CAREGIVER (Weekdays & Weekends) Join a Team That Values Your Experience or Passion to Serve Senior Helpers of West Cuyahoga & Lorain Counties is seeking experienced, compassionate caregivers! If you're patient, dependable, and confident we'd love to have you join our team. Your experience can make a meaningful difference by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Pay $16.00–$20.00 per hour , based on experience, skills, and client care needs. Flexible Scheduling We offer a variety of shifts to fit your availability, including: Weekday and weekend opportunities Morning shifts Afternoon shifts Overnight shifts (as needed) What You'll Do You'll provide personalized care tailored to each client's unique needs. Responsibilities include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Providing medication reminders Observing and reporting changes in symptoms or condition Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping Offering companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Following individualized care plans Communicating effectively with families and our office team Completing accurate care documentation Qualifications We're looking for caregivers who have: Experience caring for individuals in a home, hospital or facility setting. Previous home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong communication and documentation skills A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude The ability to work independently while delivering exceptional care Why Join Senior Helpers?
