Up to $52,000 base salary (Increasing to $55,000) + Uncapped Bonus/Commission - Realistic earning in year 1 $80,000 with year 2 earnings $120,000 +

The Opportunity

Recruitment is a mix of sales, consulting, and relationship management. In this role, you'll source and manage high-calibre legal professionals, helping them secure career-defining opportunities while supporting some of the world's top law firms with key hires.

Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll build relationships, manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, and become a specialist within the legal market.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top legal talent.
\n
• Manage candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
\n
• Coordinate interviews and offers.
\n
• Build long-term candidate relationships.
\n
• Conduct market research and talent mapping.
\n
• Maintain CRM and ATS records.
\n
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
\n
