The Sr. Pricing / Costing Analyst leads advanced commercial and cost analytics that guide pricing decisions for complex customer accounts and support margin protection, bid quality, and customer profitability. This role supports bids, contract renewals, profitability reviews, and day-to-day pricing operations by building scalable tools, improving reporting, and helping the team work more efficiently through practical use of technology. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with technical curiosity, continuous improvement thinking, and a passion for leveraging automation, self-service analytics, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven approaches to improve team effectiveness and business results. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field Experience in estimating, pricing, costing, commercial finance, analytics, or a related business function Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, Power Query, and VBA/macros Experience building analytical tools, reports, models, or dashboards that support business decision making Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to real business needs Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow through on priorities Preferred Experience Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry Understanding of print estimating, packaging design, or print production processes Experience working with large datasets and validating data quality Working knowledge of QlikCloud, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar analytics and automation tools Experience building automated workflows, self-service reporting, or repeatable controls that improve accuracy and reduce cycle time Interest in AI and emerging technologies with a practical focus on business applications Ability to explain data clearly through visuals, summaries, and practical recommendations What We Offer A culture focused on integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement Opportunities to build advanced analytical and technical skills Competitive compensation based on experience and performance A role with direct impact on pricing governance, profitability, margin protection, and business growth Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
