QA Coordinator

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing) Good English written and verbal communication skills. Adequate in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel, or any other necessary programs related to quality assurance works. Ability to follow quality control procedures and steps precisely. Ability to work effectively and accurately under tight deadlines. Manufacturing experience and/or knowledge of corrugated products preferred but not required. Detail oriented, Responsive, Analytical, Team player DUTIES: Collect samples from the finishing department every day. Perform and complete quality check of samples collected, following company procedures. Report any issue to QA Leader and Plant Manager immediately. Initiate preliminary investigations on non-conformance and product incident reports, and prepare technical documentation and other relevant correspondences. Work with Production team on technical advice in regards to quality assurance and standards. Analyze all data collected (daily/ weekly/ monthly) and present it in a clear and concise manner in the form of reports and/or spreadsheets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
