This is a full-time remote position that allows you the flexibility to work from your home while maintaining close interaction with our outpatient office team. We utilize a combination of telehealth platforms and in-person consultations for cases requiring direct client interaction. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

• Conduct crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate psychological support to clients facing acute mental health issues.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and in-service meetings to refine therapeutic skills and methodologies.

• Deliver a diverse array of therapeutic services, including but not limited to individual therapy, family therapy, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions.

• Assess and diagnose mental and emotional disorders, collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.

• Participate in team discussions to enhance collaborative care approaches and share insights on client progress and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more complex mental health disorders. You will be trained in administering psychological evaluations, particularly for bariatric patients, which requires a delicately balanced approach to care. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
