Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of calls, providing professional support to customers. This role includes resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Research and implement solutions for customer issues; escalate as necessary.
• Accurately process customer orders and payments, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Conduct outbound calls and upsell products, meeting assigned sales targets.
• Gather customer insights and maintain accurate customer data.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and report recurring issues to management.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ year of experience in a high-volume call center environment required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Phone Line systems, and CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain focused, collaborative, and customer oriented.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can compensate.
