Descripción del Puesto Estamos buscando un Representante de Servicio al Cliente Bilingüe altamente motivado y profesional para unirse a nuestro creciente equipo en Texas. Este puesto ofrece una excelente oportunidad de crecimiento profesional a medida que seguimos expandiéndonos. Como Representante Bilingüe, serás responsable de atender las consultas de los clientes, resolver problemas de manera eficiente y promover activamente nuestros productos y servicios. La fluidez en inglés y español es esencial para comunicarte eficazmente con nuestra diversa base de clientes. Responsabilidades Principales Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes de manera rápida y profesional. Realizar llamadas salientes para dar seguimiento a consultas, resolver problemas o promover productos y servicios. Identificar las preocupaciones de los clientes y resolverlas de manera efectiva para garantizar una experiencia positiva. Utilizar habilidades de resolución de problemas y conocimiento de productos para atender consultas y quejas. Ofrecer resoluciones rápidas a los problemas y consultas de los clientes, manteniendo la eficiencia, precisión y calidad en las interacciones. Interactuar con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades y preferencias, ofreciendo soluciones y recomendaciones personalizadas. Promover activamente nuestros productos y servicios durante las interacciones, utilizando técnicas de venta adicional y venta cruzada para maximizar oportunidades de ventas. Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes, incluyendo detalles de consultas, resoluciones y acciones de seguimiento. Colaborar con los miembros del equipo y otros departamentos para abordar problemas complejos de clientes o escalar casos no resueltos cuando sea necesario. Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, incluyendo normas regulatorias y pautas de protección de datos. Dominio bilingüe en inglés y español (obligatorio). Conocimientos básicos de informática, incluyendo sistemas CRM y aplicaciones de Microsoft Office. Experiencia previa en un centro de llamadas o en atención al cliente (preferible). Experiencia en ventas o telemarketing (deseable). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para expresar soluciones de forma clara y concisa. Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas, con enfoque en ofrecer soluciones efectivas y oportunas. Buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo para manejar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente. Profesional, enérgico y capaz de prosperar en un entorno dinámico y adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes. Licencia activa de P&C (Propiedad y Accidentes) requerida. Se requiere transporte confiable.
