About The Role The role leads financial reporting, technical accounting compliance, and month-end close operations under US GAAP and SOX frameworks. The accounting manager ensures financial integrity, scales internal controls, and partners with cross-functional leadership to support corporate growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare SEC filings, financial statements, and technical accounting memos under US GAAP Design, implement, and maintain rigorous internal controls to ensure full SOX compliance Oversee the annual financial audit, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors Evaluate complex accounting transactions, revenue recognition, and lease accounting treatments Mentor accounting staff and streamline financial workflows using modern ERP and automation tooling What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and high-growth technology companies Active CPA license and deep technical expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting Advanced proficiency with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) and advanced Excel analytics Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills Bonus: Big 4 public accounting background and experience scaling accounting operations pre-IPO #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
