Key Responsibilities\n

• Create engaging content, such as 'Expert Insights,' in collaboration with our Content Manager to contribute to community education.

• Lead support groups when desired, providing peer-led guidance and connection.

• Receive client referrals, enabling you to build and expand your practice effectively.

• Access continuous support from Clinical Operations Teams and our Care Coordination Team to enhance client experiences and outcomes.

• Partake in optional Monthly Peer Group meetings for professional networking and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients navigating concerns related to alcohol use, including those seeking moderation versus abstinence. You will utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. Understanding the harm-reduction model is essential, as many clients will engage with community recovery support options, such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or SMART Recovery. Your ability to empathize and engage clinically will inspire clients to utilize available resources effectively while they receive treatment.

Qualifications\n
