Manager, Investment Ownership Responsibilities Lead primary asset management responsibilities for a designated portfolio of multifamily new construction assets (market rate, workforce, tax credit, build-to-rent). Oversee regularly scheduled meetings and calls with property management team members and revenue management representatives. Manage monthly operating statements, annual operating budgets, and business plans for new assets. Apply strong understanding of multifamily valuations, waterfalls, cash management, property financials, and sell/hold analysis. Manage investor communications, including site tours and quarterly updates. Handle PM onboarding and pre‑lease‑up activities. Provide construction owner’s representative support. Conduct third‑party vendor management. Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. AI & Automation Responsibilities Use approved enterprise AI tools (e.g., Claude Cowork, Microsoft Copilot) to draft, summarize, analyze, and accelerate everyday work. Apply sound judgment to review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, and appropriateness before using or sharing them. Follow company data handling, confidentiality, and acceptable‑use policies when working with AI tools and sensitive information. Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools; actively participate in AI training, office hours, and adoption campaigns. Use AI assistants to reduce manual effort on routine tasks (email drafting, meeting notes, document summarization, basic research). Other Duties Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Urban Planning, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Math or related field required. Graduate degree and/or relevant professional certifications encouraged. Demonstrated experience in working with capital partners, market analytics, asset management, property operations, and strong negotiation skills. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multifamily asset management including significant multifamily development and lease‑up experience.
