We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships. Location Matthews, NC 28105 Ideal Candidate You take ownership and follow through until the issue is fully resolved. You communicate clearly and confidently, even when the situation is stressful or urgent. You thrive on solving problems and aren’t afraid to dig in, investigate, and get answers. You are currently licensed and have prior insurance experience. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office. Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow. Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community. Track and analyze business metrics to support growth objectives. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Property/Casualty insurance license (must have currently). Must have prior insurance experience. Compensation $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
