Registered Nurse II Emergency Room

Houston Methodist is seeking a Registered Nurse II for our Emergency Room to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, Level I–equivalent environment. The RN II performs rapid assessments, triage, and interventions for diverse adult and pediatric populations, administers medications, initiates IVs, and monitors complex cardiac and respiratory status. This role collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supports patients and families through crisis, precepts junior staff, and upholds our culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.
