Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to evaluate symptoms and determine the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders, using standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique goals, preferences, and needs of each client, incorporating methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with clients to ensure they feel heard and involved in their therapeutic journey.

• Engage in integrated care by coordinating with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists to deliver a holistic approach to client health.

• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to implement the latest evidence-based practices in your therapeutic approach.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in adherence with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and accountability.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your professional skills.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working to dismantle stigma surrounding mental illness and promote equitable access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients experiencing relationship challenges and mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and stress management. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
