About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Counsel to join its legal team, with a focus on the global wealth management legal aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, particularly those related to the creation, marketing, and distribution of various investment products in the global wealth management channel. This includes advising on legal and reputational risks, providing legal support for new and existing products, and ensuring compliance with a complex set of regulations across multiple jurisdictions. The role demands a professional with a JD, a New York State law license, and at least 8 years of relevant experience, who is adept at managing competing priorities, building strong relationships, and is committed to the values of collaboration, responsibility, and trust.
