Position Description CGI Federal is seeking an experienced leader to join the program. Contribute to the growth of the program by bringing your expertise in support of program delivery, member growth and development, business development and operational excellence. You will be part of the overall leadership team and provide expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and CGI members. This is a great opportunity for a current Director of Consulting Services member or others ready to grow their career and pivot into that space. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office and on client site in Washington DC. Your future duties and responsibilities Manage the overall success of multiple inter related projects and customer relationships Lead a team of professionals towards achieving customer, business, and member development goals Manage program and project level scope, issues and risks and quality management Manage client relationships and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, based on collaboration, trust and partnership, including in person meetings with clients at their government site in Washington D.C.
