Requirements:

• Office skills: computers, printers, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, various office and marketing apps, ability to quickly learn and deploy new software, applications, integrations, and workflows
• Finance skills: Excel, QuickBooks/Accounting, budgeting, analysis, calculating job costs, preparing lease agreements, and calculation of CAM
• Marketing skills: Social media, coordinate events, collaborate with marketing and website agencies to complete projects
• Professional skills: Build rapport with customers and co-workers, communicate in a professional manner, maintain strict confidentiality, excellent work ethic, positive and professional attitude
• Project Management skills: Manage multiple companies, projects, and deadlines, discernment of priorities, execute deliverables timely
• Administration and Management: report directly to the ownership, facilitate directives and operations
• Research and Implementation skills: Ability to understand the scope of a project, research and compile succinct reporting and recommendations, and implement solutions autonomously 
• Workflow Management: A thorough understanding of workflows, applications, technology, and integrations, ability to research and implement new workflows and software
• Flexibility: Quickly adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment, ability to constantly reprioritize, willingness to jump in to assist with any job no matter how big or small
