Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active SLP license in Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate progress notes, reports, and compliance with all required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Adapt therapy approaches for diverse learning styles and student backgrounds
