Overview

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support their Digital Lab Email Team. This newly created role focuses on agency management, process optimization, and reporting for high-volume email campaigns targeting patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and train external agency partners on the Knak email tool; reinforce best practices and governance
• Audit email work to identify quality issues and improve processes
• Create and manage newsletters to communicate updates to internal and external users
• Support enterprise initiatives, including workflow standardization (Workfront) and vendor coordination
• Develop and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting; identify opportunities to automate (Power BI preferred)
• Partner with stakeholders, lead meetings/training sessions, and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or project management
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Power BI or reporting tools experience
• Familiarity with Workfront and email platforms like Knak
• Digital or agency experience
