Role Description The Business Development Consultant is a contract role responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting strategic growth initiatives for BREATHE! Exp. This hybrid position is based in Las Vegas, NV, with a mix of on-site client engagement and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, building and managing a sales pipeline, conducting discovery meetings, and presenting BREATHE! Exp programs and services to prospective clients. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals, refine growth strategies, and ensure alignment between client needs and AI-focused solutions. Ongoing activities include relationship management, tracking performance metrics, and providing consultative guidance to help clients understand and adopt BREATHE! Exp's offerings.

Qualifications

• Business development skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and grow the client base.
• Consulting and Business Planning skills to assess client needs, design tailored solutions, and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong Communication skills for conducting discovery sessions, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience or familiarity with AI, technology-enabled transformation, or strategic growth consulting is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and operate with a high degree of independence and accountability.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets and working with senior leaders or decision-makers. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
