Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Counsel to lead our Complex Commercial Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and investigation, with proven expertise in handling complex commercial disputes. This role involves strategic case management, client interaction, and providing legal advice to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies for high-stakes disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Oversee discovery processes and manage case-related investigations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal strategies with business goals.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and law clerks.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably in a Big Law environment.
• Clerkship experience, preferably at the federal level or with an attorney general's office.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines under pressure.
• Proven track record of success in complex litigation and investigations.
