Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Of Counsel role located in White Plains, NY at the Law Office . The Of Counsel will be responsible for handling personal injury cases, representing victims of police misconduct, working on commercial litigation cases for small businesses, and providing criminal defense services. Compensation is based on fee splits.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury law, commercial litigation, and criminal defense
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities
- Experience in trial preparation and courtroom litigation
- Knowledge of New York state laws and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and legal staff
- Tech Savvy and able to work with case management software
