Responsibilities: Prepare and grill a variety of meats, fish, and seafood, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation in accordance with airline and DO & CO standards. Adhere to standardized recipes and promptly notify the Chef or Sous Chef of any ingredient shortages or discrepancies. Oversee food production flow, ensuring efficient processing and timing to prevent delays. Strictly comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook. Monitor and maintain adequate supplies at cooking stations. Collaborate with the Executive or Sous Chef in developing new dish presentations and culinary innovations. Promote a cooperative and efficient kitchen environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of one year of cooking/grill experience, preferably in a high-paced kitchen environment. Culinary education is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a substantial workload. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Proactive approach with attention to detail, including monitoring and minimizing food wastage. Adopts a hands-on approach and exhibits the ability to respond promptly with a sense of urgency.
