The role is based in one of our Texas locations: Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, or Austin. The successful candidate will have a crucial role in assessing and providing design and construction support for conveyance facilities related to water, wastewater, recycled water, and utility infrastructure projects.Position ResponsibilitiesConduct hydraulic and structural analysis and calculations for medium to large diameter water and wastewater pipelines.Prepare detailed design plans, specifications, and drawings.Collaborate with the senior team to perform pipeline design calculations.Offer technical support and expertise to multi-disciplinary project teams.Author technical reports and ensure the maintenance of accurate project records, reports, and documentation.Provide support for projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to construction, while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.Position QualificationsEducational Background: A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a closely related engineering field.Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience, specifically related to pipeline work.Professional Engineer (PE): Must hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or have the ability to obtain one.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with pipeline design software and hydraulic modeling tools.Knowledge: Understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations in the field.Technical Writing: Strong technical writing skills, which are essential for the role.Emissary Recruiting Solutions and its Clients/Affiliates are equal opportunity employers who zealously support and advance diversity in the workplace.
