Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a full-time temporary assignment in Riverside, CA. This 60 to 90 day opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining accurate HR records, assisting with onboarding, and helping keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly.

This role offers the chance to contribute to a well-established organization in the education industry with a professional, team-focused environment. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with HR leadership and internal teams, providing reliable administrative and employee support in a fast-paced setting. Candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, confidential, and service-minded will be well positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with onboarding, new hire documentation, and employee orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, personnel changes, and related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring process coordination.
- Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and HR-related administrative support.
- Track compliance-related documents, reporting requirements, and HR process deadlines.
- Partner with the HR team to support daily operations and ensure timely follow-through on employee service needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $25 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Assignment type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment length: Approximately 60 to 90 days.
- Location: Riverside, CA.
- Immediate need with a quick start available.
