CNC Mill Machinist

We are currently accepting applications for all off shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday) | Includes 10% shift differential

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM (Monday – Thursday) | Includes 15% premium

salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Setup & Operation: Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills to produce complex aerospace components.

• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and written technical directives.

• Quality Inspection: Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision tools including micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers.

• Audit & Review: Inspect machine setups and review inspection reports to ensure total compliance with aerospace standards.

• Process Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.

• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by following all established rules and requirements.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• CNC Mill (3 years of experience is required)
• 5 axis (3 years of experience is required)
• Blueprint Reading (3 years of experience is required)
• Micrometer/Caliper (3 years of experience is required)
