Executive Assistant to Executive Leadership We\'re seeking a polished, highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will manage executive calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare presentations and reports, and help drive follow-through on key business initiatives. What You\'ll Do: Manage schedules, meetings, and travel for executive leadership Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications Coordinate leadership meetings and special events Track action items, deadlines, and project deliverables Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion What We\'re Looking For: 7+ years supporting executives or senior leadership Strong organizational and communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Professional presence and exceptional attention to detail Preferred: Experience supporting C-suite executives Background in manufacturing, mining, industrial, or energy environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
