**Job Title:** Customer Service I/ Enrollment Services Representative **Location:** Livermore, CA 94550-8808 **Duration:** 6 Months **Work Arrangement:** 100% Onsite **Shift:** Flexible shift between **5:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST** (will work 40 hours per week) **Pay Range:** $20 - $23 per hour (W2) We are seeking a **"Customer Service I/ Enrollment Services Representative"** to join one of our leading healthcare clients. **Position Overview** The Enrollment Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the enrollment process. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience by explaining services, reviewing costs, guiding customers through enrollment requirements, and providing training until accounts are fully activated. **Key Responsibilities** + Support customers through the complete enrollment process from initiation to activation. + Act as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding. + Explain program services, enrollment requirements, and associated costs. + Provide customer training and onboarding assistance. + Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls. + Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. + Deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction. **Required Qualifications** + Previous customer service experience (phone-based customer support preferred). + Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills. + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. + Quick learner with strong information retention skills. + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. + Dependable with strong attendance and reliability. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or enrollment services. + Prior experience assisting customers through onboarding or enrollment processes. **Key Skills** + Customer Service + Phone Support (Inbound & Outbound Calls) + Customer Onboarding + Documentation & Record Management **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship** .
