Virtual Sales Representative (Remote)

About the Role
We are expanding our virtual team and are looking for ambitious, people-oriented individuals who enjoy helping clients and building professional relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will connect with individuals seeking financial and healthcare-related solutions while providing excellent service throughout the customer experience.
This position offers the flexibility of working from home along with access to ongoing mentorship, professional development, and unlimited income potential for motivated individuals.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
- Educate clients on available life insurance and healthcare exchange coverage options based on their needs
- Maintain organized client records and manage follow-up activities using company CRM systems
- Assist with onboarding, account updates, and client documentation
- Collaborate with remote leadership and support teams to ensure efficient service and client satisfaction
- Develop long-term client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and consistent communication
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, account support, or client-facing roles is a plus, but not required
- Basic familiarity with online communication tools and CRM platforms preferred
