Description TOYOTA Sunnyvale is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, follows a process, and is willing to put in the daily effort it takes to be successful in automotive sales. This is not just a “sit and wait” sales position. Success comes from follow-up, communication, product knowledge, customer service, and consistently using our A-to-Z sales process. Training and coaching are provided, but we are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and open to learning. Compensation Expected earnings: $50,000-$300,000 annually Actual earnings vary based on individual performance. Be available to respond to clients via email, phone, and text in a professional, well-spoken manner. Quotes pricing, rates, and automobile availability to clients. Understands and implements the dealership sales process (training provided). Learn product knowledge on the current model line and become a certified product representative. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Build strong rapport with customers. Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred. Automotive sales experience preferred. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The willingness to continually follow up with clients.
