N&M’s team of skilled truck drivers, forklift operators, mechanics and office employees work together to provide a superior next-day transportation service which positively affects our local economy. Position Description N&M Transfer is searching for a full-time Dispatch Manager to work Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm, at our office in Baldwin, WI. This position is responsible for dispatching, supervising and assisting drivers in the region as well as communicating with customers, and maintaining cost effective use of our equipment. Qualifications Include Superior judgment and decision-making skills. Previous management or supervisory experience is helpful. Previous work experience or knowledge of DOT regulation and compliance issues for the transportation industry. Very good organization, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills are required, along with strong computer skills.
