Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Furnace Operator for our Betz Industries client to start immediately at $21/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Operate and monitor industrial melting furnaces used in metal casting
Load scrap metal and pig iron, ensuring proper proportions
Skim slag and transfer molten metal to ladles
Maintain safety and quality standards following ISO 9001 procedures
Perform equipment maintenance and keep the work area organized

Previous foundry, manufacturing, or furnace operation experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
High school diploma or GED preferred
Able to work in high-temperature and noisy environments
Strong attention to safety, quality, and attendance
