What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire: - Supervise, coach, and develop teller staff - Provide ongoing training and feedback - Manage staffing schedules
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues - Build strong relationships with customers
Drive Results & Growth: - Identify referral opportunities - Support sales initiatives and branch goals
Ensure Operational Excellence: - Oversee teller operations and cash handling - Maintain compliance with policies
Be a Team Player: - Collaborate across departments - Participate in community events
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year teller experience - Strong leadership skills - Customer-focused mindset - Knowledge of banking products - Strong attention to detail - Positive attitude and reliability
