Family Law Associate Attorney

A well-established family and personal injury firm on Florida's Gulf Coast is hiring a Family Law Associate Attorney who wants real courtroom experience, real client relationships, and a real path to grow. This is not a role where you draft in the background for years before you get to stand up. You will be in hearings, mediations, and depositions early, managing your own matters from intake through resolution, with experienced attorneys mentoring you the whole way. What you'll do: Represent clients across the full range of family law, including divorce and separation, custody and parenting plans, support and alimony, equitable distribution, modifications and enforcement, and domestic violence and injunction proceedings. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements. Conduct legal research and build case strategy. Appear at hearings, mediations, depositions, and court. Guide clients with clear, compassionate, solution-focused counsel through some of the hardest moments of their lives. What you'll need: A J.D. from an accredited law school. Active good standing with the Florida Bar. At least one year of legal experience, ideally in family law. Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
