Work Environment

This position is onsite within multiple outpatient facilities, requiring adaptability and flexibility. You will collaborate with different clinical teams, gaining exposure to a variety of treatment methodologies and patient demographics. Our schedule promotes a balanced work-life rhythm, operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which allows our therapists to maintain a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care tailored to individual needs during each clinic visit.
• Adapt to various electronic medical records (EMRs), specific clinic workflows, and diverse team dynamics effectively.
• Provide coverage for staff Physical Therapists during vacations, leaves of absence, or peak patient volume periods, ensuring uninterrupted patient care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, clinic directors, and healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in system-wide meetings, case discussions, and continuing education sessions to further your professional development and contribute to team knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients experiencing a range of conditions, from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Your ability to connect with patients of all backgrounds will enhance their therapy experience and improve recovery outcomes. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is mandatory.
• You must be licensed or license-eligible in Nevada to practice.

• A willingness to commute between clinic locations is required (specific travel radius to be discussed).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Employees may receive mileage reimbursement for travel between clinic sites. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
