Work Environment

The physical therapist will work onsite at our contemporary rehabilitation facility, equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technology. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's mobility, strength, and physical function, leading to individualized treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities, ensuring each patient receives tailored care that promotes recovery.
• Utilize the Raintree system for meticulous documentation of patient information, progress notes, and treatment changes, adhering to clinic protocols to ensure continuity of care.
• Facilitate education sessions for patients and families, empowering them with knowledge on home care strategies and injury prevention to support long-term health outcomes.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, providing feedback to help optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population dealing with orthopedic conditions, including pre- and post-operative care, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Our clients range from young athletes to active seniors, each with unique needs and goals on their rehabilitation journey. Your expertise will directly impact their path to recovery by restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a strong desire to engage with patients and their families.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is highly desirable, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
