Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques and prescribed exercises tailored to each patient's unique recovery goals.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and maintenance of progress following treatment completion.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse group of patients, including athletes, seniors, and those with work-related injuries. Understanding the unique needs and challenges faced by each patient will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Nevada or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• A commitment to providing outstanding patient care with a focus on improving outcomes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong patient relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, particularly within orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience with therapeutic modalities and patient education strategies.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care and manage treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 95,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
