Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients, using standardized assessments to diagnose movement dysfunctions and determine functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's needs and goals, integrating various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, providing clear guidance and support to patients as they work to achieve their rehabilitation milestones.
• Regularly reassess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal recovery and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques post-therapy.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional development and stay current with best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-injury rehabilitation. Your expertise will help empower patients to regain strength, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life. By employing a patient-centered approach, you will build trusting relationships that foster positive treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits
