Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate advanced modalities and evidence-based therapeutic exercises, including manual therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Administer therapy sessions, guiding patients through restorative exercises while monitoring their progress and adjusting the treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families regarding exercise regimens, preventative care strategies, and proper body mechanics to empower them in their recovery journeys.
• Utilize specialized software for tracking patient progress and outcomes, ensuring that data is collected meticulously for ongoing care improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse group of patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals recovering from surgeries, and clients suffering from chronic conditions such as arthritis or back pain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's degree or above is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
