Work Environment

Our clinic is a modern outpatient facility equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology and resources. You will work in an onsite setting that emphasizes teamwork and communication. Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, with a schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments for patients to understand their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer hands-on therapy to address various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation and sports-related injuries.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery, enhance mobility, and manage pain effectively.
• Engage directly with each patient without the assistance of techs or aides, ensuring one-on-one attention to optimize their rehabilitation experience.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which might include orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate actively in our formal mentorship program, learning under the guidance of a fellowship-trained therapist and benefiting from continuous education.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to healthcare standards, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will interact with a diverse range of patients, including athletes, active adults, and individuals recovering from surgery. You will design and implement specific rehabilitation programs tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient, facilitating their journey to recovery while helping them reintegrate into their active lifestyles. Understanding the physical and emotional aspects of healing is critical as you work to empower your patients through education and encouragement.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program as a minimum requirement.
• Hold a valid and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings.
• Exhibit proficiency in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with evidence-based rehabilitation practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative care team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
