Work Environment

You will be working in our outpatient office situated in the vibrant community of Reno, Nevada. The clinic is designed to create an inviting and efficient environment conducive to patient recovery. With a schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the role balances structured hours with the dynamism of a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial patient evaluations to understand their specific orthopedic needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate functional exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Implement and supervise therapeutic exercises, ensuring patients perform them with correct form and technique.
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions and empower them with knowledge on injury prevention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Patients range from athletes looking to return to their sport to older adults recovering from joint replacements. Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Current Nevada PT license or eligibility to obtain one is essential for practice.

Compensation and Benefits
