Engagement Manager

Owning the project lifecycle from kick-off through handover, the full-time Engagement Manager will manage client implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope while fostering strong client relationships in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery process, holding the team accountable to project milestones and ensuring a smooth handover Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and scope, enforcing change control and communicating effectively with stakeholders Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, setting clear expectations and driving client satisfaction through effective governance and communication Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in project management, engagement management, or delivery leadership within enterprise SaaS or professional services Background in TPRM, vendor management, or related domains, with familiarity in enterprise vendor lifecycle processes Proven track record of full-cycle SaaS implementations at complex enterprise clients across various methodologies Strong commercial acumen with the ability to enforce change control and articulate delivery decisions' implications Technical literacy in relevant tools and an understanding of the TPRM/procurement landscape
